Badges for Pedestrian Turnstiles Now Available for Fort MacArthur Residents!
Security Forces are now issuing MacArthur Turnstile Badges to eligible persons that reside on Fort MacArthur. Eligible residents include military personnel, military spouses, dependents (ages 12 and up), as well as civilian residents (ages 12 and up) who have a current lease with Tierra Vista Communities on Fort MacArthur.
Residents must first obtain a letter from the Tierra Vista Communities office for proof of residency. The badge issuing station is located on Fort MacArthur at Building 56. The hours of operation will be Mon/Wed/Fri from 1100-1900 hours, beginning Friday, 16 July 2010.
A digital picture will be taken. There will be a seven day delay from the time you have your photo taken to when you receive your badge. You'll be responsible for picking up your badge when it is available.
Residents possessing an LAAFB swipe badge from the LAAFB main base will not need to have a separate turnstile badge...the main base badge will be compatible with the new Fort MacArthur turnstiles. Please note: escorting and piggy-backing through the turnstiles is prohibited except for guardians of children younger than 12.
